You keep the client. We operate Swedish EPR.
For European compliance providers, EPR consultancies, PRO partners and international producers.
NBS works in the background as your Swedish execution layer: from initial case assessment and one consolidated missing-data list to registration support, PRO coordination, reporting operations, deadline control, documented data approvals and a complete evidence pack.
You retain the client relationship, brand, contract and margin. NBS executes Sweden within the agreed scope.
Authorised Representative services are assessed separately and added only where legally required, operationally validated and expressly agreed.
Initial scope decision within two business days after receipt of the complete minimum dataset.
Packaging Partner Pilot · Battery/WEEE Early Access
From case intake to a
complete evidence pack.
NBS converts each Swedish EPR request into a controlled, documented workflow for the partner organisation.
Every case receives a Case ID, defined scope, responsibilities, deadlines and documented approvals.
Choose the right entry point
for Sweden.
Use one structured intake for a potential partnership, a concrete Swedish case, a portfolio screening or a difficult historical case.
An anonymised portfolio screening can be separately scoped to identify likely red, yellow and green Sweden cases.
NBS will determine whether sufficient information exists to prepare a defined scope, price, deliverables, responsibilities and service timeline.
- NBS identifies the correct request type and initial fit.
- For a concrete case, the required minimum dataset is confirmed.
- You receive a defined scope, price, deliverables and timeline.
- Operational work begins only after written confirmation.

Data processed
When you contact NBS or submit the Sweden intake form, we may process professional contact information, company information, case-related facts, correspondence and documents that you voluntarily provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential documentation unless specifically requested through an agreed channel.
Purposes
The information is used to respond to enquiries, assess initial partner fit, determine whether sufficient minimum data exists, prepare a proposed scope, administer an agreed case and document relevant business communication.
Legal basis
Processing may be based on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of an agreement, legal obligations or NBS’s legitimate interests in managing B2B enquiries, documenting business communication and protecting its systems and legal interests.
Service providers and recipients
The intake form is provided through Tally, which processes form responses on behalf of the form creator. Relevant IT, hosting, communication and document-management providers may also process data where necessary.
Information is shared with authorities, producer responsibility organisations, professional advisers or other external parties only where this is necessary for the confirmed purpose, legally required or covered by an agreed mandate and case scope.
Information submitted during an initial enquiry is not automatically forwarded to an authority, PRO or prospective cooperation partner.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant enquiry, proposed cooperation, active case, documentation requirement, legal obligation or potential legal claim. Inactive enquiries are periodically reviewed for deletion or anonymisation.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data and may object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.

Service scope and legal notice
Submitting an enquiry or intake form does not create a contract, mandate, power of attorney or appointment of NBS as an Authorised Representative.
It does not confirm acceptance of the case or guarantee registration, PRO admission, authority approval, a particular legal classification or any other external decision.
NBS performs only the operational tasks and deliverables expressly included in the agreed scope. Statutory responsibility remains with the producer unless a separate Authorised Representative appointment has been agreed and legally applies.
Authorised Representative services are assessed and contracted separately. Battery and WEEE services remain available only within the stated Early Access scope and after the relevant operational process has been confirmed for the specific case.
External authority, PRO, recycling, environmental and similar fees are not pre-financed by NBS unless expressly agreed in writing.
